About the role

As a Business Support, you are a central part of our customer team and act as the bridge between the sales organization, the system, and customer support. You ensure that customer agreements and pricing models are correctly set up in the business system and that customers have the right conditions for their orders.

The role requires both accuracy and business understanding as you translate sold agreements into concrete structures in the system that work in reality. You work closely with the sales team daily and contribute to ensuring that the business is correct, efficient, and sustainable.

Examples of tasks

  • Establish, update, and terminate customer structures, agreements, and price appendices in the business system
  • Build and maintain pricing models and ensure correct price flows
  • Quality assure business documentation together with salespeople before new or updated customer agreements
  • Provide administrative and system support to the sales team and customer team
  • Be responsible for data maintenance and updating customer data
  • Drive and contribute to improvement work within systems and processes
  • Be an advisory party in matters concerning business logic, pricing structure, and contract setup

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and coordinating role where contact with people is central to driving the work forward. You have good experience from working in business systems and can quickly adapt to new flows.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative work within sales, business, or finance support
  • Good system experience, preferably from larger business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Basic understanding of pricing, agreements, and business flows
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy
  • Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have experience working with customer and pricing structures, KAM support, or sales administration, as well as an analytical eye for improving and simplifying processes.

The team and culture

You will be part of a regional administrative team that works closely together but with different geographical focuses. You have daily dialogue with the salespeople, both locally and remotely, and also collaborate with customer service to ensure that customers have a smooth experience.

Here you will become an important cog in a larger flow, from the salespeople's first customer contact to completed agreements and functioning business in the system. You will have significant personal responsibility, but also support from colleagues who are happy to share their experience.

About the employment

This is initially a consultancy assignment for at least 6 months with a start date according to agreement and notice period. You will be employed by OIO and work with our client in the Malmö region with the ambition of a long-term continuation, provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Location: Malmö
Working hours: 07:00–16:00
Start: Immediately, max 1 month notice period
Salary: Fixed salary
